Since the last thread went into Internet limbo when PC games was moved to public here is a quick recap.

I have one lv 50 and two lvl twenties atm.

The leveling/questing is the high point of this game. The story line (class quests) have all been excellent so far (completed one, seen 2 more). The whole thing is voice acted and cut scenes are beautiful. Plus there is enough that you can skip at least one planet "area" if you are so inclined and still hit the level cap easily. Since everyone has a companion "pet" the game really lends it self well to 2 man groups for questing. I would say you can do 90% of the content with 2 people of the right classes (tank healer, pets dps).

As for PvP it is so so. If you are into it you would probable have more fun with modern warfare 3 or the like.

The pvp lvl 50 planet is the last thing they were working on before launch, and it shows. They have it mostly patched now and it can be fun if enough republic show up. There is a roughly 2 to 1 population imbalance game wide.

The battle fields are pretty fun. They have three,  control  3 objectives for x number of minutes, attack/defense swap sides, and hutt ball (football) that you play your own faction. They have pvp gear that you can earn, it all has a PvP stat (experience).

End game raiding and such is pretty light. There are only two end game raids, but you can run them in hard and normal as well as 8 and 16 man.

They have the start of a "legacy" system in place. At around lvl 40 you get to pick a surname. Then all the characters that you make will have the same last name. You earn points and lvl it just like normal toon lvls. That is as far as it gos right now. They have more on their forums about it, but basically your toons will share get special traits from each other. We will see when they finish it.

In a nutshell fun to level the toons. Looks to be geared to do with one other person. Story lines are great and the game looks to encourage alts.

I plan on lvling 4 toons to 50. A force user and non-force user for each side. That will cover all the content and classes that I want to try. If the end game stuff is still light (pvp, raiding) then I will most likely drop it till they come out with a expansion.

The inspiration for my dark side operative. The " operative" from the movie Serenity.

Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: I don't murder children.

The Operative: I do. If I have to.

Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: Why? Do you even know why they sent you?

The Operative: It's not my place to ask. I believe in something greater than myself. A better world. A world without sin.

Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: So me and mine gotta lay down and die... so you can live in your better world?

The Operative: I'm not going to live there. There's no place for me there... any more than there is for you. Malcolm... I'm a monster. What I do is evil. I have no illusions about it, but it must be done

You will notice that in the move they never say the operative's name.
